This product has been a miracle worker for me. I read an article a few years ago by a well-known physician who is also a naturopath. He said astragalus could be used daily and was excellent for reducing respiratory problems and enhancing the immune system. I began using it and have never stopped. Before I began using it I was having at least two bouts of bronchitis annually. My doctor thought I might even have emphysema. I have not had a single case of bronchitis or even a cold for years now Truly P.S. It must be the root extract which this product is.
