BlueFug8: Take before bed.

I m taking Hawthorn berries for high blood pressure, as recommended by my MD. The best advice I can give is to take them before you go to bed they chilled me out enough that I was sleepy all day It s too soon to tell if the effect is lasting, but there has been improvement in my BP.
