So, I m turning 50 this year can I freeze time with this review and I have used astralagus before and the NOW brand and never been disappointed. Somehow LIFE I got off the beaten path of taking supportive and preventative vitatmins. Well, waking up to aching joints and starting to feel run down last month - got me to thinking. I need to slow down and take better care of myself. So, I rememberd my old friend astralagus and did some research on Amazon.
