Grau Reiter: The Wave

I was somewhat disappointed after unpacking the sideboard. The two side doors and three middle drawers would not open. I had to take off the back panels which were also damaged to get to the inside of the sideboard. The sliding rail to the top drawer was damaged and off track. I was able to fix it with some effort. Although not perfect the drawers and doors now work. Very disappointed. The delivery people from Pilot were fine until they left. After I gave them a tip I overheard them say how cheap I was. They were two days late. I feel I should get some kind of reimbursement from Amazon or the seller for fixing this product.
