I wish I had known about alfalfa capsules when I was pregnant with twins Ugh, Colace and other softeners just didn t help It REALLY would have helped post partum During my 2nd pregnancy, I switched to a midwife and she recommended these capsules to keep regular, and they were soooo helpful If I ate something that I knew would be problematic, I simply took two capsules twice a day and never had an issue And, post partum never had bowel obstruction Now that I am 6 months post partum, I only take it when I know I have eaten fast food or something else that can cause issues.
