The Bio-Chelation process is a proprietary cold extraction technique developed by Mr. Frank D Amelio Sr., founder and owner of Nature s Answer. Bio-Chelation includes the use of cold extraction, where the raw plant parts are extracted without being exposed to heat. Cold extraction helps the herb maintain vital minerals and other trace elements in solution, thus enabling the herb to maintain as many of the natural active constituents of the original plant as possible.
Our liquid extracts are made using our exclusive Bio-Chelation cold process method to eliminate alcohol in the finished product. Typical alcohol-free extracts are actually glycerites, using glycerin as the extracting agent. Nature s Answer adds vegetable glycerin in at the END of the process, to ensure shelf stability.
From humble beginnings back in 1972 to our modern state-of-the-art facility, Nature s Answer has evolved into one of today s largest family-owned and operated manufacturers of high-quality nutritional products.
Our state of the art laboratory equipment has identified each and every plant s distinctive botanical fingerprint, which we then use as our baseline to analyze the quality and purity of every incoming botanical used to manufacture our products.
Our extracts are made to the highest quality standard, and we verify what is in every bottle. Before our extracts are released to you, the consumer, they go through over 60 quality control checks by our Quality Control team, holding each extract to stringent standards. Our herbal formulas stand the test of time – over four decades of proven performance. Our vertically integrated manufacturing process allows us to have complete traceability from plant to shelf.
Echinacea and Goldenseal- A Dynamic Duo Echinacea Echinacea purpurea angustifolia also known as purple coneflower, is a perennial herb that is native to the central to southeastern areas of the United States. While it only grows wild in the US, it is also widely cultivated in Europe. Echinacea grows up to twenty inches in height, producing large, beautiful, daisy-like purple flowers, although some varieties sport white flowers. The cone of the flower is prominent and distinctive. If you press on the cone, you will notice that it has sharp points, similar to the Echinoderm family of animals, such as the sea urchin, thus the Echi name.Native Americans and early settlers recognized the health supportive benefits of this plant *. Today, it is considered an excellent choice to support immune health *all year long.Goldenseal is a small perennial herb that grows on rich soil on a shady forest floor. It has a thick, yellow root and low growing erect stem. It generally grows wild in moist mountainous areas of North America. Because it has been overharvested, Goldenseal is now rarely seen in the wild and has to be carefully cultivated. It is a challenging plant to grow, and also takes several years to mature. For it to grow successfully it has to be cultivated in an area with conditions similar to its native environment.Goldenseal has also long been used by Native Americans to support health.* During much of the first half of the 20th century, Goldenseal was listed in the US National Formulary . It became so popular, there was fear that the plant would become extinct in the wild due to so much demand.
