There are so many products containing Curcumin that it is difficult to pick one from the groups. This one was recommended from a health news letter I receive. It is hard to rate a supplement unless you have been on it for six weeks or more. I have been having problems with knees and hips. I notice that when I took two them with some milk and crackers I seem to get relief. Otherwise they make me a little nauseated so I take them with food. Each person is different though. This supplement is expensive but I think it works for me... .so far so good.
