Thus year s flu was the first one that got my family in YEARS..it s probably been a decade since we got sick But this one got me before I had a chance to get the flu shot, so I was in for the ride. It was heavy, even sticky, and hard to cough out. HerbPharm s Lung Expectorant has been a huge help in loosening the phlegm so it could be cleared, and though it s only been a couple of weeks since I was sick, I think it s just about 100 gotten everything out that needed to be cleared.
