We prepare Calendula extract from whole flowers of Organic Calendula officinalis plants. The flowers are harvested at their peak in the last hot days of summer, then carefully shade-dried to retain their full color aroma. Finally, they are thoroughly extracted.
The herb is extracted in small batches with Organic cane alcohol for potency and to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. We assure herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Anger ManagementI purchased this extract to help with the effects of radiation after breast cancer lumpectomy. I ve had 11 treatments and no signs of redness so far. I think it is even helping with the pain from the surgery. My surgeon says I cut lots of nerves in there, and they are angry. I consider this anger management for those nerves.
