You can feel this working in about 20 to 30 minutes and if you are sensitive to hot stuff, you may be better served to try something 40k t0 70k heat units. Most of the limited research on Capscium suggests that 100k heat units is most effective. I m not sure why we see a decent amount of negative reviews, but this stuff is as advertised.
